ABOUT THE COURSE
Mandalas are more than art—they are powerful tools for calming the mind, improving focus, and releasing emotional stress.
This 5-day Certified Mandala Practice Program is designed to help participants experience mandala healing deeply and learn how to use pen mandalas and dot mandalas as lifelong self-healing practices.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as those interested in emotional wellness and mindfulness through art.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of this program, participants will:
•Understand the psychology and therapeutic value of mandalas
•Learn Pen Mandala techniques for focus and emotional balance
•Learn Dot Mandala techniques for patience, calmness, and inner stability
•Experience stress reduction and mental clarity through guided practice
•Learn to use mandalas as a self-healing and daily mindfulness tool
•Receive a Certificate of Completion

CERTIFICATION
Participants will receive a

MATERIAL REQUIRED
•Black fineliner pens
•Pencil, eraser, ruler, compass,protractor
•Thick drawing paper 180 gsm above and few A4 size papers
•Color brush pens / crayons,
Dot mandala tools,acrylic water colors
