We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy explains the refund or credit available based on how far in advance a camp booking is cancelled.
If you cancel your camp three days before the camp date, a 50% refund or credit towards another camp date will be granted.
The credit is applicable for one year moving forward.
If you cancel your camp during the last two days before the camp date, a 25% refund or credit towards the next camp date will be granted.
No refund or credit will be granted if you cancel your camp on the same day as the actual camp.
