Overview

6 – 7 June 2026 (Monsoon Kickoff Edition)

What Awaits You:

This isn’t just a bike ride—it’s a monsoon-charged Sahyadri expedition. Over 2 days, you’ll ride through misty ghats, chase first waterfalls of the season, uncover Maratha warrior stories, stay at our eco-haven Nisargshala, feast like kings, and stargaze (weather permitting) under dramatic cloud skies.

Built for youth who crave rain rides, raw nature, culture, and unplugged vibes.

🌄 Day 1: Misty Ghat Ride to Monsoon Magic

Your squad rolls out at sunrise from Khadakwasla Dam—23km into Pabe Ghat’s iconic climb, now wrapped in mist and cool winds. The 9% gradient hits harder with humidity, but those cloud-covered Sinhagad views? Worth every pedal.

Ride past Siddheshwar Temple through drifting fog, then halt at Yesaji Kank’s 350-year-old wada—Maratha legacy in a monsoon frame.

Descend into Nisargshala—now turning lush green with the season’s first rains.

Lunch feast → hot chai → river-side chill (flow depends on rainfall) → hammock downtime with rain sounds.

By evening, gear up for a Madheghat ride—where waterfalls come alive in early monsoon. Expect flowing streams, cloud carpets, and dramatic golden-hour breaks between showers.

🌙 Evening Vibe:

BBQ bonfire (covered setup if rain) →
Stargazing session (if skies open up) OR
Monsoon sky storytelling + constellation basics indoors

End with hot misal + rain ambience.

Day 1 Ride: ~61km
Elevation: Climbs + descents (wet roads possible)
Vibe: WILD & ELEMENTAL 🌧️

🏰 Day 2: Fort Views & Rain Ride Back

Wake up to misty sunrise + chai.

Optional: Barshimal / Torna Fort viewpoint hike (subject to weather safety). Clouds rolling over valleys = unreal experience.

Post-breakfast, ride to Shree Ram Temple—washed clean by rains, peaceful and raw.

Then begin your 40km return ride to Khadakwasla—cool winds, occasional drizzles, and that unmatched monsoon riding high.

Day 2 Ride: ~49km
Elevation: Moderate
Vibe: FRESH & SOULFUL 🌿
