Geeta brings over 18 years of combined experience in academia and holistic healing. After nearly two decades as a faculty member in renowned universities and institutes across Mumbai and Pune, she transitioned into Mandala Therapy — blending creativity, mindfulness, and emotional healing.
As a certified Mandala Therapist, she has guided hundreds of individuals through both online and offline workshops, helping them reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Her sessions focus on self-expression, inner balance, and personal growth.
Through her work at Sun N Soul, Geeta combines emotional awareness with therapeutic insight and ancient wisdom — helping individuals reconnect with themselves and move towards a more peaceful, balanced life.
