Is physical Fitness certificate mandatory ?
Yes. Its mandatory for participants to be examined and certified by physician 2 days before the camp.
Can parents join this camp with girls?
No
How safe is the place ?
The organizers are highly professionals having experience of outdoor excursions and camp management, for almost 30+ years. The place where this camp is organized is fenced and there are going to be 24X7 care takers around.
What about transport?
Transportation details will be confirmed based on registration locations. We prioritize safe, supervised transport for all participants

What is Cancellation Policy ?
Registrations once done are not refundable. It can be transferred to some other kid or Parents can utilize the credit amount in future events of nisargshala.
Credit utilization or transfer request wont considered after the last date of registration for the camp.
What if doctors certify kid UNFIT for camp after payment ?
You will get 100% credit carried forward for next camp or any other event of nisargshala, which you can utilize yourself or gift it to someone provided you share the 'UNFIT for the camp' certificate by Physician immediately
What if my daughter feels uncomfortable or wants to come home?
Our facilitators are trained to handle homesickness and adjustment challenges. We have clear protocols for supporting girls who may feel overwhelmed, including communication with parents when necessary. Every participant's wellbeing is our priority.
Can I contact my daughter during camp?
We encourage girls to fully engage in the camp experience with minimal outside distractions. Emergency contact is always available through camp management. Our approach supports independence while ensuring safety.
