YOGA & WELLNESS TRAINER
A dentist by education and a yoga teacher by passion, Dr. Beauty Sinha brings over 8 years of yoga teaching experience. Trained in Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga, she blends scientific understanding with yogic wisdom. Her sessions focus on building strength, balance and emotional wellbeing. At Agnishikha Camp she guides girls through yoga and mindfulness practices that nurture inner confidence and self-awareness.

JASWANDI SEKDAR
SELF DEFENCE TRAINER
Jaswandi Sekdar is an IT professional with over 20 years of corporate experience and a strong interest in youth development. She has trained in traditional Indian martial arts including Lathi-Kathi, Dandpatta, Sword and Spear. Through these practices she helps young girls develop discipline, courage and physical confidence. At Agnishikha Camp she introduces practical self-defence techniques and situational awareness.

Geeta Brahme plays an important role in creating the warm and supportive environment at Nisargshala. With years of experience hosting nature camps and retreats, she ensures every participant feels safe and comfortable. She believes that learning in nature builds confidence and friendships.
