Can I reschedule my camp booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, your seat is reserved specifically for you.

You may reschedule your booking to another available date by informing us at least 7 days before the camp. After this window, rescheduling is subject to seat availability and may not be possible.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
  • If you want to cancel the camp three days period before the date then 50% refund or credit toward another date camp will be granted. This credit is applicable for one year moving forward.
  • A refund or credit for next date camp of 25% will be granted if you are cancelling your camp in last two days(excluding camp date)
  • No Refund of no credit to be granted if you are cancelling your camp on the same day of actual camp
What happens if Nisargshala cancels the camp?

If Nisargshala has to cancel or postpone a camp due to safety, weather or operational reasons, your camp will be rescheduled to next camp of same kind. You can utilize  your credit in next 3 months as per your convenience.

Whom do I contact for changes or support?

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. For any changes, please contact us on hemant@nisargshala.in
