Essential Personal Items
Backpack & Carrying Gear
✓ Main backpack (60-80L capacity) – NO suitcases or trolley bags
✓ Day pack (20-30L) for daily activities, water bottle, and journal
✓ Water bottle – 1 liter (with your name labeled)
Clothing for Adventure
Head & Sun Protection:
✓ Sun cap/hat for daytime activities
✓ Woollen cap (balaclava/skull cap) for early morning and night activities
Footwear for All Terrains:
✓ Trekking shoes (well broken-in) for jungle treks and rappelling
✓ Crocs/sandals for casual camp time
Clothing Essentials:
✓ Full-sleeve t-shirts – 4-5 pieces (cotton, for sun protection during outdoor activities)
✓ Full track pants – 2 pairs (for trekking and adventure activities)
✓ Shorts/leggings – 3-4 pairs (knee-length or longer for modesty)
✓ Underwear – 5-6 pairs (cotton recommended)
✓ Socks – 8-10 pairs (include thick hiking socks for trekking)
✓ Comfortable pajamas – 2 sets for nighttime comfort
✓ Woollen sweater/sweatshirt for cool evenings and early mornings

Special Notes for Parents
Age-Appropriate Expectations (8-14 years)
- Your child will participate in challenging activities like rappelling, river crossing, and jungle trekking
- Independence is encouraged – kids learn to manage their belongings and participate in camp setup
- Activities are designed to build confidence, overcome fears, and connect with nature
For Girls:
✓ Feminine hygiene products (pads/tampons as needed)

✓ Swimming costume – modest one-piece (Optional)

Labeling Everything
- Mark ALL items with your child’s name using permanent markers
- This includes clothes, shoes, water bottles, and personal items
Shoe Preparation
- Break in new trekking shoes at least one week before camp
- Ensure comfortable fit for extended walking and adventure activities
Valuables & Communication
- Keep all valuables with parents – do not send with children
- Emergency contact available through camp management only

✓ Plate and small bowl (stainless steel or melamine)
✓ Cup/mug for beverages
✓ Pillow & pillowcase if needed
✓ Shawl for extra warmth during nights
Valuables should not be given to kids
✓ Diary/journal + pen (mandatory for camp reflections)
✓ Art supplies – crayons, colored pencils, sketch pens, pencils, eraser, paintbrush (mandatory for tribal art activities)
✓ Notebook for journaling nature observations

- Mobile phones will be stored securely by facilitators during camp activities if kids carry one
- All items should be labeled with participant’s name using permanent markers

Step By Step guide to complete documentation
Step 1 - Participant Information & Consent form
Please download 'Participant Information & Consent Form' form, to be filled and signed by parent. Once signed please send this signed form to Hemant on whatsapp - 9049002053. Also please make sure you send ADHAR card to above mentioned whatsapp number.
Step 2 - Physical Examination by Physician
You need to get physical examination done for your kid by any general physician and send it to Hemant on whatsapp number 9049002053. This should be done a day before the camp starts.
